Set within a lush garden setting and adjoining a protected riparian zone, this collection of 13 townhouses on Sydney’s North Shore is conceived as a contextually sensitive residential development. The design responds carefully to the site’s natural qualities, prioritising landscape, outlook and environmental responsibility while integrating seamlessly with the surrounding neighbourhood.

The townhouses are arranged to engage in an architectural dialogue with one another and the generous shared garden spaces, creating a layered relationship between private dwellings and communal outdoor areas.
This configuration encourages passive interaction, visual connection and a sense of shared ownership of the landscape.
Through a balance of privacy, openness and carefully scaled built form, the project fosters a “community within a community,” where architecture and landscape work together to support connection, liveability and a strong sense of place.
