Project Scope
  • Architecture
  • Landscape

Nulla Nulla Apartments in Turramurra is a 105-unit mid-rise development conceived in response to the Low to Mid-Rise Housing Diversity initiative. The project is organised as two residential buildings arranged around a landscaped central spine, creating a permeable site condition with through-site pedestrian access that enhances walkability, legibility and community connectivity.

Generous rooftop gardens and landscaped communal areas form a sequence of shared green spaces that support social interaction and foster a strong sense of place.

Full underground parking removes vehicle dominance at ground level, allowing for an active street frontage and a pedestrian-focused public realm that strengthens engagement with the surrounding neighbourhood.

Architecturally, the development is expressed through a distinctive layering of form, colour and landscape that establishes a dialogue with nearby heritage items. Sculpted horizontal edges, deep-set balconies and planted façades create depth, rhythm and shading, mediating scale while softening the built form through greenery.

Together, architecture and landscape are carefully integrated to deliver a cohesive and contemporary residential environment that is responsive to context, supportive of community life, and grounded in environmental sensitivity.
