This design proposal for a prominent off-market site in Double Bay responds to the Low to Mid-Rise Housing Initiative, envisioning a sophisticated residential development that contributes to the suburb’s evolving urban fabric while remaining sensitive to its exclusive harbour-side context.

The scheme explores generous, high-quality residential accommodation positioned on a key corner site. Architectural massing and orientation are carefully shaped to capture views across Double Bay and the harbour beyond, while optimising access to natural light, privacy and visual connection to the surrounding landscape.

A refined material palette and sculpted façade articulation emphasise elegance, depth and craftsmanship, reinforcing the project’s premium character. The design balances architectural presence with restraint, delivering a contemporary residential expression that is both contextually responsive and enduring.
