The refurbishment and extension of the Family Club House at the Ladies’ Recreation Club reimagines a 1960’s building as a contemporary, resort-style destination for members and their families. The project upgrades the existing clubhouse and restaurant while introducing new facilities, expanding back-of-house kitchen areas, creating dedicated food and beverage operations offices at Level 3, and refurbishing children’s change rooms to support modern use.

The restaurant design prioritises a seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor dining, maximising flexibility, comfort and engagement with the surrounding landscape.
Generous seating areas are arranged to take full advantage of expansive views across Hong Kong and the adjacent mountain ranges, reinforcing a relaxed, leisure-focused atmosphere.
Modern, efficient kitchen facilities support the refreshed hospitality offer, balancing operational practicality with an elevated dining experience. A sports viewing lounge is also featured on the upper level, ideal for enjoying live sporting events on the big screens. Together, the architectural and interior interventions deliver a welcoming, family-oriented environment that enhances the club’s social life while respecting its established character and setting.
