A legacy project by McGlashan Everist.
A campus masterplan was developed in 2016 in response to the College’s Strategic Plan and Sustainable Thinking Dispositions, establishing a long-term framework for future growth and transformation. With the existing campus dominated by relocatable buildings, the masterplan redefined site organisation and set out a clear strategy for permanent, high-quality infrastructure.
The plan prioritised clarity of movement, consolidation of learning environments and the creation of a cohesive campus identity, providing a robust foundation for staged development over time.
The first project to emerge from this framework, the Senior Years Building, has since been completed and warmly embraced by students, staff, the wider community and the State Government funding agency. Its success demonstrates the strength of the masterplan in translating strategic educational objectives into built form that supports contemporary learning and long-term sustainability.
