Creating a unique customer journey
pmdl are involved in the localisation and roll out of Italian retail brand ‘Eyedonist’ offering professional optical services and high end eyewear.  The challenge was to address local operational requirements and store delivery whilst maintaining a significant point of difference in an already crowded retail sector.  The design offers a warm and inviting environment maximising customer expectations of professional services and care.
