  Australian International Academy, Kellyville
pmdl has secured development approval for a new school situated on a prominent corner site in the North Kellyville precinct urban release area.

The school will be a staged development, providing accommodation for two streams (K-12).  It includes the construction of a primary and secondary school, with associated library, science, technology and sports facilities, as well as a Multipurpose facility and associated parking and external areas.

The school will provide a number of curricula including the Higher School Certificate and International Baccalaureate, and as such has been designed to incorporate trends and innovation in the provision of learning facilities.
