The complete services upgrade and corporate office fit-out has excitedly reached the half-way point of a two year construction programme. So far, significant milestones have been met with the completion and handover of the first two office levels, including 'The President's Level' and a major craning operation which closed Phillip Street, while 7 tonnes of new VAV plant and equipment were lifted onto the roof and plant levels. The 14 storey office fit-out programme continues at a rapid pace, with another three storeys due for completion by December 2010, including the public service and new rear atrium levels.
